Andrija lives and breathes design. As Head of CX Design, he leads HIA’s product design, interface design, and caregiving-centered experiences.
He shapes how older adults and caregivers understand, trust, and use HIA’s digital products, translating complex healthcare and longevity-oriented systems into clear, dignified, and actionable experiences.
His work connects research, product thinking, UX/UI design execution, and customer communication strategy to ensure every interaction feels purposeful, accessible, and above else - human.
Andrija is a product design leader with 10+ years of product design experience. His background and Master’s in brand and multimedia design gave him a strong starting point early in his career.
However, over time, he moved more into strategic and product-oriented design, focusing on UX/UI design for SaaS, health-tech, and hospitality industries. He has worked with brands like ShakeShack, Crestron, Headspace, Covideo, and Stark Carpets and he is behind 50+ successful product launches. Apps and products he designed reached 10m+ satisfied customers.
Andrija is also a passionate educator, teaching more than 10,000 existing and up-and-coming designers with his online video courses and resources, but also through in-person 240+ hours long bootcamps in Croatia.
