He brings experience across customer and technical support, having worked as an intermediary between Amazon, customers, and third party sellers, with a focus on product shipping, returns, and handling. He also spent close to four years in technical support at SimpliSafe, providing remote support for apps, wireless and wired devices, and emergency and security home systems and sensors, including handling escalations and tier 3 support requests.
