Nico Gonzalez is part of the research team at HIA, responsible for gathering research needs from across the organisation, shaping them into focused research questions, and conducting and presenting the findings. His work is currently centred on primary research through interviews with caregivers and seniors, and has previously included secondary research drawing from academic and industry sources.
