As Fractional CFO, Rikki leads HIA's financial oversight and board reporting, drives grant strategy and applications, and advises the Board on M&A, partnerships, and material capital expenditure. He also supports investor relations and financial planning as HIA scales.
He brings two decades of financial and operational leadership across Asian and global markets, including as Group CFO and Chief Corporate Development Officer at Hubble Connected (IoT), where he led fundraising, M&A, and strategic partnerships for over a decade. He holds an MA in Philosophy and Psychology from Oxford, and is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and CFA charterholder.
